The Arkansas Academy of Chemical Engineers is a nonprofit organization solely for the purpose of recognizing outstanding chemical engineers and providing support for the Ralph E. Martin Department of Chemical Engineering. The Academy will be perpetuated:
Academy membership is made up predominately of Active Members (University of Arkansas Chemical Engineering graduates) and Honorary Members. Honorary Members are professionals who can be former staff or faculty members or who have otherwise served the department. Active and Honorary Members who have deceased are listed as Distinguished Members and Distinguished Honorary Members, respectively.
