The Handbook for New Students provides information for new students. This resource talks about starting in Freshman Engineering as opposed to starting directly in Chemical Engineering, the Chemistry Placement Exam, and other important aspects about the department.

The undergraduate advising manual provides guidance on meeting graduation requirements. Use this as a resource to find out which courses satisfy the humanistic/social science requirements, which courses satisfy the technical elective requirements, as well as what the final degree check will be looking for. Answers to frequently asked questions can be found here.

You must complete an undergraduate advising form before pre-registering for class. Submit your completed form to Dr. Clausen for your pre-registration hold to be removed.

The Honors Program Guidance Document summarizes the opportunities and requirements for students in the Honors Program.

If you'd like to apply for a scholarship, visit the scholarship page where you will find an application for a College of Engineering scholarship. After you have completed the application, print it and turn it in to the Dean's office as instucted on the form. Also, please give a copy of your application to Dr. Turpin. The College forwards all applications from Chemical Engineering students to the Department for our consideration as well.
